A: Ballroom night at Bar Seventy-One includes a chance for beginners to learn how to dance and afterward there is a DJ for open dancing.  Dances will include ballroom, latin, disco, and swing!

A: Every Tuesday is Wango Tango night at Bar Seventy-One (Ballroom Night).

A: We have beginner ballroom lessons from 7 to 8 pm and then open dancing from 8 to 11 pm.

A: The one hour Beginner lesson has a cost of $5 per person and can be paid directly to either of the teachers before the lesson.  There's NO need to call and reserve a spot in advance.    We have two dancers that can teach all the basics to pretty much anyone, two left feet included!  There is no cost for the open dancing from 8 to 11 pm.  There will be select nights on which we feature a particular studio or professional(s) who will conduct a lesson suited to all levels, including intermediate and advanced.  Those nights will be posted on this page as well as on our Facebook page.

A: You do not need to sign-up ahead of time and you do not need a partner.  Just show up with your dancing shoes!
